In this position it can be difficult for a man with a short penis to keep much of his penile shaft inside his partner, but he can still experience great pleasure as his penis is effectively massaged by her labia. Obviously this is a good position for men with a long penis who may otherwise cause their partner some discomfort by thrusting too deeply.
